Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at JamboPay Market.

We offer refund/and or exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, if 7 days have

passed since delivery of the item/items, you will not be offered a refund and/or

exchange of any kind.

We also encourage you to inspect the item carefully upon delivery (check and ensure

if all criteria match as per your order).

Refund Eligibility

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must in its original packaging and all seals, tags and accessories are intact. The item must be in the condition; they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. If the seal of an item is broken return/refund shall not be acceptable in regards to the item.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
  • JamboPay Market will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
  • We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
  • Return of items due to “change of mind” shall not be accepted.
  • Airtime, Electricity Tokens, and Event Tickets bought on our platform are not eligible for return.

Once we receive the returned item, JamboPay Market will then give a full refund (excluding delivery as we are unable to refund the initial delivery cost of your order).

The refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7 -14 days.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Shipping/delivery costs are non-refundable! The costs of return shipping and delivery to correct address are solely your responsibility.
