How does our return work?
Return on Delivery
Before signing the delivery note, carefully examine the product. If the item is damaged or does not match the description, you may return it to the delivery agent.
Contact us & initiate return
If you are away during delivery, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer care number and email us to initiate the return process.
- Provide a reason for the return and specify the desired return date.
- Please note that returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with the receipts and warranty.
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
- Customers are responsible for any physical damage caused to the product.
- Items past the warranty period will be attended to at the customer's cost.
After careful evaluation, the returned product will be processed for return.
Return Policy Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product matches the one ordered.
- If the seal is broken (e.g., phones). Customers must verify the IMEI and ensure product match.
- If the customer changes their mind about the purchase.
- If the issue is not reported within 72 hours.
